Q. WHY DOES YOUR WEBSITE STATE THAT “PRICES MAY RAISE CLOSER TO GAME DATE”?
Dynamic Pricing ticketing structures from various teams increase pricing as tickets sell. Should we need to acquire additional tickets for our Road Trips we are subject to these increases. We may also need to acquire additional tickets from brokers – who set their own pricing – to meet Road Trip demand. We work to avoid and/or to minimize these increases. Completed Road Trip purchases will not be affected.
Q. DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER ROAD TRIPS AVAILABLE NOT CURRENTLY LISTED ON THE WEBSITE?
We may have other road trips in the planning stage or may be able to introduce another road trip if there is a large enough group to get it started.
Q. CAN YOU DO ROAD TRIPS FOR A SPECIFIC BUSINESS OR ORGANIZATION?
Yes, we can work with any organization to do a custom road trip.
Q. ARE THERE BATHROOMS AND TV’S ABOARD THE BUSES?
Most of our road trips use full sized charter buses which have bathrooms and tv’s onboard. At times we may use smaller vehicles and there may not be a bathroom and or a tv onboard.
Q. WHERE DOES THE BUS LEAVE FROM?
This varies at times and this information is available on each specific road trip details page.
Q. CAN WE HAVE THE BUS PICK US UP FROM A CUSTOM LOCATION?
There is a possibility if there is enough people from a certain location. There may be a small additional charge.
Q. WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO BE AT THE BUS BEFORE DEPARTURE?
Please arrive 15-30 min ahead of time to ensure you get a seat with your group. There may be other promotions and prizing available before the trip begins.
Q. WHAT TIME DOES THE BUS LEAVE AFTER THE EVENT?
Typically, 30 minutes after completion of the event.
Q. IS TRAVEL ALWAYS ON A MOTORCOACH BUS?
If there is not enough people for a bus or there are additional passengers with a full bus sometimes smaller passenger charters will be used.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT MAKE THE TRIP I PURCHASED? IS THERE A REFUND?
All sales are final and non-refundable. Road trips may be transferred to another person with minimum of 7 days notice before the road trip. We recommend you consider getting travel insurance if you have any concerns.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE GAME TIME CHANGES?
There is a small chance that the game time may change which is controlled by the home team and the league for that sport. If this occurs then the itinerary for the road trip will be adjusted. Sorry but there are no refunds if this occurs.
Q. IF THE WEATHER IS BAD IS THE ROAD TRIP STILL ON?
Yes, the bus drivers are professionals and trained in safe driving in all kinds of weather.
Q. WHAT KINDS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
All forms. Cheques only for purchases over $500.
Q. WHAT KIND OF ID IS REQUIRED FOR CROSSING THE US/CANADA BORDER?
A valid passport, or other eligible ID, is required. Please visit travel.gc.ca for additional information
Q. WHEN DO WE RECEIVE OUR GAME TICKETS?
Game tickets are handed out on the bus along the way to the game.
Q. CAN CHILDREN COME?
All of our sports travel packages are family friendly and a great way to introduce youth to live pro sports. Youth under the age of 19 each must have a pre-arranged guardian or have a guardian sign a waiver. Children 15 years and younger require a valid birth certificate.
